Photos and Phases (Photos and Phases LLC) is a creative studio in Memphis, Tennessee. This page explains what Photos and Phases collects when you book with us, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Booking details: your name, email, phone number (optional), the session you chose, date and time, and how you heard about us.
Your answers: anything you type in our questionnaire or send us through your client portal.
Payment records: what you paid and when. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your signed agreement and the date you signed it.
Booking page use: which steps of the booking page were opened and when, so we can make it easier to use. Your browser keeps a random ID so we can tell when someone comes back. It is not linked to your name unless you book. If you start the booking form and leave, we keep what you typed for up to 90 days so we can help you finish. It is deleted once you book.

How we use it

To schedule your session, take payment, and send your confirmation, reminders, and gallery.
To prepare a session that fits you.
To answer your questions.
To send text reminders, only if you ticked the text box when booking.

Text messages

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates.

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. See our text message terms.

Who helps us run things

We use a few services to run bookings. They only get what they need to do their job:

Stripe (payments)
Google Firebase (secure storage of bookings)
Vercel (hosting our booking page)
Resend (sending booking emails)
Twilio (sending text reminders, if you opted in)
Zoom (video calls, if you booked a call)

We do not sell your personal information.

Your images

We never share images from your session without your permission. You tell us your choice in your questionnaire, and you can change it any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them for your sessions and for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what we have about you.
Ask us to fix or delete it.
Stop texts by replying STOP.
Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
