These terms cover text messages from Photos and Phases (Photos and Phases LLC). Your session itself is covered by the agreement you sign when you book.
SMS Terms
Program
Photos and Phases is a creative studio in Memphis, Tennessee. We offer photography, video, and brand sessions and consultation calls. Clients who book with us can choose to get text reminders about the session they booked.
How you opt in
Texts are optional. On our online booking form, after you pick a date and time, you can enter a phone number and tick this box. The box is never ticked for you, and you can book without it.
This is the exact wording on the booking form at bookingscheduler-v2.vercel.app, which is also shown on photosandphases.com.
What we send
Texts are only about the service you booked:
- Appointment check-ins and reminders, with a link to confirm you will be there.
- Questionnaire reminders before your session or kickoff call.
- Payment reminders for balances and payment plans.
- Notices when your gallery, project, or deliverables are ready.
Message frequency varies. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never send texts to anyone who did not tick the box.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@photosandphases.com.
- You can also untick the box when you book again.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy.
